Payment Schedule

  • Total agreement value: ₹2,50,000 payable in 5 annual installments
  • Year 1: ₹12,500 (5%) — due by 31 Dec 2026
  • Years 2–5: ₹59,375 (25% each) — due annually by 5 May

Late Payment & Penalty

  • Any overdue payment triggers immediate service suspension
  • 4–5% interest per month charged on the pending amount if not paid on time
  • A 404 penalty is displayed until all dues are cleared
  • Domain & platform fees billed separately on an annual basis
